Driving Together Toward a Green TomorrowThe former, Greater Philadelphia Clean Cities Program, has served the Delaware Valley Region of Pennsylvania for 26 years. Part of the Department of Energy's Clean Cities Program, we have proudly helped fleets, both public and private with their transition into alternative fuels to displace imported gasoline and diesel. Our commitment to help reduce dependency on foreign oil has spurred interest in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania, to that end we proudly have expanded our territory to cover 34 counties and changed our name to Eastern Pennsylvania Alliance for Clean Transportation (EP-ACT) to better reflect our region and our mission. We are here to educate and implement strategies that will lessen our dependence on imported petroleum; provide energy security and environmental benefits; and stimulate the local, regional and national economy. The successful transition to domestically produced alternative fuels, vehicles and related technologies within the transportation sector begins with a single step. With your help we can begin the journey to make an impact on our environment, economy and nation’s energy security. Sign up for our Newsletter | Search our Website |
